Sol-Tac flashlights are provided with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakages during normal use, which inhibits proper operation. If your Sol-Tac flashlight fails to operate as designed please contact us for warranty. Battery & Charger Disclaimer

Batteries and chargers provided with Sol-Tac products are not designed or produced by Sol-Tac. Batteries and chargers are not covered under warranty. Batteries are visually inspected and charge-level tested before shipping. Chargers are visually inspected before shipping. It is the consumers responsibility to inspect batteries and chargers upon receiving and prior to charging or installing into flashlight.

Warning: Li-Ion Batteries may cause fire or explode if mistreated or misused. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, short circuit, crush, expose to fire or high temperatures, cut, or puncture. Ensure batteries are properly installed in product, or properly stored in a battery case when not in use. Use Li-Ion batteries at your own risk.
